Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select the reason for your return and download the prepaid UPS shipping label provided through the portal to ensure tracked delivery to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Pack the Boots

  Place the unworn boots in their original packaging and secure them inside a shipping box, ensuring the prepaid label is clearly visible on the exterior.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
